What is the process for getting a sample patch made?
First, you send us your artwork, and we’ll review it to ensure it’s ready. Then, we create a sample patch and send you a picture, usually within a day. If any adjustments are needed, we’ll inform you and get your approval before proceeding with the sample.
What image formats do you accept?
We accept most common image formats, including JPG, EPS, and PSD. The key is that the image should be clear and easy to read.
How many thread colors can I choose from?
We offer over 700 thread colors to choose from! We typically match the colors in your design as closely as possible, but if you’d like to select your own, you can browse our color chart online.
